How to Wear Your
Sticky Bras Correctly?
Make sure you are wearing proper garments.
The strongest results come from heavy, close-cut (non-
stretchy) garments, ideally structured through the bust.
Get the garment on first.
Place the inserts onto the clothing. We DO NOT recommend
pressing the insert onto bare skin at the start, which brings
lopsidedness and puts a good result further out of reach.
Scoop breasts up to the desired position. Scooping is the
step that matters most, because it leaves the bust
settled on the inserts at an angle that reads naturally.
Press insert and garment against the breast to lock it.
