A sticky bra holds itself up with adhesive; BOOMBA inserts do not. The garment carries them, so close-fitting, structured tops are essential.
Go with your actual size for the closest fit. Drop a size only when you fall between two.

Groundwork counts! Skin should be clean and dry before BOOMBA inserts go anywhere near it. Leave off makeup, oil, lotion and other products — they all undermine the adhesive.
Put the garment on first. Slide the inserts inside it without letting them touch skin, then scoop the breast into place and press insert and fabric together against it.
Conventional padding sits loose; BOOMBA inserts grip on both faces, bonding to the garment and to the skin at the same time for a firmer hold. That keeps them out of sight and guards against slips.
No stitching is needed to hold BOOMBA inserts steady! Press them onto your skin and onto the fabric! Moving them between different tops and dresses takes seconds.
With sensible care BOOMBA inserts will see you through 40+ wears. Give them a gentle clean after each outing and put the protective films straight back on — that stops dust, lint and stray particles settling on the adhesive and keeps them performing.
