Refund Eligibility

- All original packaging and accessories are included.
- The item shows no signs of wear or damage caused by customer use.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products purchased during clearance sales marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products used beyond the testing phase.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@boomba.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Amount
Refunds include the product cost and applicable taxes. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
